Payment Plan
Down Payment Plan

  • On Time of Booking - 10% of BSP
  • On Executing Builder Buyer Agreement - 20% of BSP (Within one month from Booking date)
  • On Land Registry of Plot/ Unit - 70% of BSP + Extra Charges. (Within one month from BBA)
Note:-
  • 10% of discount of BSP will be given under this plan
  • Apart from BSP the stamp duty, registration charges and other govt. charges will be borne by the home buyer at the time of registry.

  • On time of Booking - 10% of BSP
  • On Executing Builder Buyer Agreement - 20% of BSP (After one month from Booking date)
  • 6 EMI of 10% of BSP-60% (within 180 days of BBA)
  • On Land registry of Plot - 10% of BBA (within one month of last EMI)
Note:-
